October has certainly brought some surprises. I’m recently back from a trip to Spain (hence the spotty posts—sorry!) and find that New York has been befelled by sub 40ºF temperatures… Brr! Anyway, I have a new macaron flavor to share this month in honor of (belated) National Dessert Day from October 14: mocha-flavored shells…
