This is the last outfit of my “Three Holiday Styles” special!
I’ve landed on the West Coast and after a year away, it’s so good to be home! I’m already excited for this Christmas weekend with my family, and will then be meeting up with my fiancĂ©’s family up in San Francisco in a few days!
Luckily for me, my future in-laws are pretty amazing. I’ve had the great opportunity to meet them several times over the past 6+ years and always feel welcome and at home. <3
But… I still recall the nervousness and anxious energy of meeting “the parents” for the first time. And it’s probably a given that many of you are facing that very event in the coming days! So what dress-to-impress holiday outfit to wear for such an occasion?
Enter traditional holiday reds and soft whites, a classic color combination that compliments everyone! To add a bit festive cheer, I picked up this gorgeous scalloped skirt from BR (with a great discount) which can be reserved for in-store pick up! A pair of classic nude pumps and a comfy knit sweater will have you feeling cozy and ready for any occasion… but especially for a first meeting with “the parents”!
And that concludes my 3-post special for holiday outfit ideas! Which was your favorite?

- Casual Plaid and Ivory Moto Jacket

As always, thanks for dropping by and wishing you and your loved ones a wonderful Christmas-Hanukkah-Kwanza-filled weekend! I’d love to hear from you so please leave YOUR thoughts below :)
